SLEEPING

All of our indoor sleeping areas are climate-controlled. We have a variety of spaces to accommodate every dog, including runs with cubbies for crate-trained dogs, and extra-large suites for large families and giant breeds.
In addition, we offer three premium sleeping systems:
  • Toddler beds for pups accustomed to sleeping on the furniture.
  • Durable Kurandas for our energetic friends who love to chew
  • Tempurpedic Ranch Tuffs for older or smaller dogs who need a cozy spot close to the ground
Of course you’re also welcome to provide your dog’s very own bed, at your own risk.

FEEDING

Some customers prefer to bring their own food, pre-portioned for the duration of the stay, to keep as close to their pet’s usual diet as possible. Many of our guests enjoy the high-quality, hypoallergenic, lamb-based food that we provide at no extra charge. We will feed according to the owner’s prescription.

PLAY

We never forget that their stay with us is a vacation for your pet, too! Our furry friends enjoy up to 4 hours of recess each day in good weather.
Individual play time will vary with weather, age, and health. But rest assured, we have an option that’s right for every dog:
  • Oversized outdoor play areas, for social groups
  • Spacious private runs for independent or nonsocial dogs
  • Leash walks for non-socialized dogs who need to expend more energy
  • Scheduled quiet rooms for shy and older dogs
  • Play pens for smaller dogs, with plenty of lap time for those who crave it
We promise to keep your dog entertained! Your own toys and other personal items are welcomed (and we’ll make every attempt to keep them safe and clean), but they cannot be guaranteed.

WE LOVE PUPPIES!

We are very particular with the youngest members of your fur family. We can safely accommodate puppies—and love to spend special, one-on-one time with them—at no extra charge. They must have completed their “puppy series” of vaccinations and be at least 5 months of age to visit (day care or boarding). Until they are older and have developed stronger muscles, bones, and immune systems, we keep them up with us in more sterile conditions. As soon as we determine they are ready, your puppy can join play groups and develop those important socialization skills.
